Because Lonelygirl15.com offers content to a wide range of users, some Terms of Use for the site and Safety Guidelines are overdue. Currently, there is no agreement required when registering an ID for posting on the comments board. I think there is some boilerplate agreement for the forums, but I do not recall the details. Posting a "Terms of Use" statement with a link to the homepage would enable the community to monitor itself, with a basis to point to, and request corrective action when needed.

As a starting point, the new partner Bebo.com is a "social networking" site which has addressed these issues.
